- Talent/creative has 24h to accept or decline your option and you will be notified as soon as the talent/creative accepts

- Confirm your talent/creative easily with one click
- Our automated invoices make bookkeeping easy
- Your account manager is there to help at any time
How it works for talent
1. CREATE YOUR PROFILE
- Ubooker is free to join via iOS app or through the website
- Create a profile that includes your portfolio/digitals and stats and wait for our team to approve your profile
- We individually vet each profile so there can be a wait time
2. RECEIVE OPTIONS
- When clients send you a request, you will receive a notification
- Accept or decline the option within 24 hours
- Once you’ve accepted an option, you will be notified if your booking is confirmed
3. COMPLETE JOB AND GET PAID
- Coordinate the details with your client via Ubooker’s messaging tool
- Once you’ve completed the job, funds are released directly to your bank account within 10 days
- Throughout the process, we will always be there to support you

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Getting started is as easy as signing up and filling out the application. Signing up is free with step-by-step instructions for every category. Once you submit, your profile will undergo a review process by Ubooker’s team.
HOW DOES UBOOKER PROTECT ITS USERS?
We take security very seriously at Ubooker. Aside from our team, you can only be contacted by verified clients after receiving their requests. This is to ensure our talent, creatives and clients remain safe and secure. We monitor all messages sent through our system and may intervene if necessary. PLEASE NEVER TAKE CONVERSATIONS OFF THE PLATFORM.
WHERE DO I ACCESS THE APP AND CALENDAR?
Currently, the Ubooker app is available for Talent and Client. Soon there will be a version published for Creatives as well. Talent can update their portfolio, Polaroids and calendar there as well as respond to requests. Client can perform an entire booking on the APP, as well as on the website of course. Ubooker provides its talent and creatives with a calendar that allows them to update their location and book themselves out on days they might be busy. We ask all of our users to keep their availability and location as current as possible to ensure a smooth user experience for all.
